Through Ordinance no. 158/2026, published in the Official Journal of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (JORAM), the Regional Government has formalized the renewal of a non-residential urban lease agreement for a parking space located in Lisbon.
The property, identified as autonomous unit "DA", corresponds to parking space no. +1.07 on floor 1, located at Rua Soeiro Pereira Gomes, nos. 6 to 6c and no. 10 to 10-S, in the parish of Avenidas Novas, municipality of Lisbon. The property is registered in the land registry under article 2246 and described in the Lisbon Land Registry Office under no. 3381/19931223-DL.
The total value of the operation is 1,644.00 euros, plus VAT at the current legal rate. The expenses are staggered as follows:
The expenditure for 2026 was duly included in the budget of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, with the necessary funds for 2027 planned for inclusion in the respective regional budget. The ordinance, signed by the Regional Secretary of Finance, Duarte Nuno Nunes de Freitas, takes effect from April 1, 2026.
